Hi I'm John, the crazy Scot, also known as robroy. Not quite so crazy now , age finally slows you down. I am the Building Code Official for the City of Charles Town WV . That means I try to make builders follow the codes when they build something new, love the job. Been doing it for 12 years. Been in USA since 1985, yeah Jeff before you were born, lol. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland and lived in England for my first 35 years
