Not only is this article biased, it contains many factual errors as well. Congratulations Newsweek, you receive the "You Are Fucking Idiots" award this week.

apparently this reporter feels that the person who was responsible for pulling the trigger on an innocent bystander is more a victim than the person he gunned down. what a stupid ass. hats off to you jerry adler, for being chosen for the "You Are A Fucking Idiot" award this week.
