I Remember Options

This is actually the first poem my friend sent to me. I think its one of the best. You can tell that there's a lot of feelings in what he writes. This one in particular made me cry, especially when it was sent to me. It made me think. I hope those of you who read these writings enjoy them, or at least they make you think. They all did, for me at least. Here goes:

I Remember
I remember all the fun times we had
I remember the times when we were sad
I remember the times we were mad
I remember the times when we were bad
I remember when we walked together
I remember when we talked to each other
I remember when you said you loved me
I remember the way you said it drove me crazy
I remember when you were in pain
I remember when we kissed in the rain
I remember the walk in the mall
I remember all the calls
I remember you calling me a trip
I remember when you bit your lip
All those days, I will always miss
I would trade everything, for one last kiss
I remember when you held me close
Your company, I will miss the most
I remember your favorite hug
I remember the mosquito bugs
I remember that Saturday night
I remember we never had a fight
I remember me and you
Oh what I wouldn’t do
Just to be with you, one last time
I don’t think that’s a crime.
I remember the look in your eyes
When, for the last time, you told me goodbye
You’re the only one I will ever truly love
You came to me from the heavens above
I will always remember you
Will you remember me too?
