First and foremost, at the suggestion of dil, I've created the "what's your favourite..." forum. Also at his suggestion, the first post is, of course, the BEST food in the world, CHEESE!
I'll start. Favourite cheese... What, you can only have one? There's several cheeses I prefer. Most of them are traditional. Colby, Cheddar, Monterrey Jack... but my favourite of all is a combination of Cheddar and Jack.
